5. Heat Dissipation Your body is at 98.6 degrees. Room temperature is at the bottom 70's. You need about 25 degrees less temperature to air cool your body. If the mattress does not allow for heat disipation your body can heat up the mattress to your body temperature. We quilt the Latexpedic mattress with 3/8" heat disipation quilting so you cannot heat up the mattress.
