Handmade in our own factory, one at a time
All latex from top to bottom, quilted on both sides, and made by a family that has done nothing but build better beds for 62 years.
There is no middleman between you and a LATEXPEDIC mattress. The same family that builds it is the family that stands behind it.
Every mattress is handcrafted in our own factory, one at a time, with no glue.
Only through our own factory showrooms, so you never pay a department-store markup.
Our own team brings it into your home and sets it up, anywhere in California and Arizona.
Backed by a 20-year limited warranty and a ten-day, $89 firmness exchange.
We make, sell, deliver and guarantee America's best-built latex mattresses. When you buy a LATEXPEDIC, you are buying directly from the people who built it.

Most mattresses today have one sleeping side and a lot of foam filler underneath. A LATEXPEDIC is all latex from top to bottom, so both sides are built to sleep on. Flip it with the seasons and it wears evenly for years.
We quilt both sides with cotton and wool, so the feel is the same every night, whichever side faces up. Wool is also a natural fire barrier, with no added chemicals.
Every LATEXPEDIC is made with one of two latex cores. Both come from the sap of the rubber tree. The difference is in the feel.
Our organic mattresses use certified organic latex, grown without pesticides, insecticides or chemical fertilizers, and quilted with GOTS certified organic cotton and wool.
The Dunlop process gives it a denser, more grounded feel that many people with back concerns prefer.

Talalay latex goes through an 8-step process that earns the industry's highest ratings for breathability, pressure relief, consistency and durability.
It feels light, airy and resilient. Each core is date stamped, serialized and rated.
Explore TalalayEach profile is made the same way, reversible and quilted on both sides. Choose the height that suits your bed and your body.
A clean, supportive profile that works beautifully on adjustable beds and hospital beds.

Three layers of latex in the firmness you choose. The finest mattress we build.
Some people love the soft, pressure-relieving feel of latex. Others want the firmest mattress in the industry. We make both, and everything in between.
Pressure relief for side sleepers and sensitive shoulders and hips.

Talalay N3 / Organic 75

Talalay N4 / Organic 85

Every mattress has a zipper cover, so the latex inside can be changed at a later date. If the firmness isn't right within ten days of delivery, we'll exchange it for $89.
A mattress has one job above all others: support. The right support keeps your spine in its natural line, takes pressure off your nerves, and lets you wake up without the aches you went to bed with.
Our family has been in the mattress and adjustable bed business since 1964. That is 62 years of listening to customers, testing materials and refining how a mattress is built. When you have been doing the same thing for 62 years, you get pretty good at it.
Henry Kraus founded the company in 1964. In 1987 he slept on a latex mattress at a small Swiss hotel, woke without his usual back pain, and came home determined to build a better one. His sons and grandsons still do.
